Aviation Medicine
The Postgraduate Certificate in Aviation Medicine (M41) has been developed for medical practitioners seeking certification to undertake medical examinations of pilots and air traffic controllers. This course is also relevant to practitioners involved in air transportation of patients.
What Qualifications Are Required For Admission?
- A recognised university qualification in medicine (MBBS or equivalent).
- The status of overseas medical qualifications will be referred to the National Office of Overseas Skills Recognition if any doubt exists about suitability.
- Applications will be expected to be proficient in English and evidence of this will be sought if the applicant’s undergraduate medical degree was taught in a language other than English.
