The aim of the Master of Nursing by Research is to extend the knowledge of nurses who have mastered the skills and professional requirements of a particular area in order that they may develop leadership roles and open up new areas for professional development. The course prepares graduates for further study at the doctorate level.

What Qualifications Are Required For Admission?
- A certified copy of current registration.
- A certified copy of academic transcripts at Bachelor level (a nursing or other appropriate degree) and above, anda minimum of two years post-registration nursing experience.
- Names and contact detailsof two professional referees.
- Overseas applicants must provide evidence of proficiency in the English language (e.g., IELTS 6.5, TOEFL 550).

What Career Pathways Are Available?
This course will open the pathway for those interested in further studies at a doctoral level, and may also facilitate progression to an academic appointment, or senior clinical appointments.
